We were fortunate to take a small group to Iceland earlier this year. Unlike previous years, we stayed at mainly guest houses, and brought our own chef to ensure the group was adequately nourished, no matter what time of day or night it was, This allowed a lot of flexibility with our shoots, including late nights and early mornings for astrophotography. We were also able to get to locations we had never previously visited because of the flexibility this provided.
